Delivery
We deliver exclusively within the Netherlands. A flat delivery fee of €6 applies to all orders below €25. Complimentary shipping is available on orders above €25. Each card is carefully prepared and shipped with track & trace to ensure safe arrival. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch. Every order is thoughtfully protected to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at: hello@pukkie.co. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
